Version 5.014 (250309)Whenever you are accessing any sensitive information of your HexaID, or performing any actions that require extra security, we will ask you to provide a one-time passcode (OTP), or sometimes known as hToken, to verify your identity.
Click the ‘Generate’ button below to get a 6-character OTP. This OTP will remain valid until it is used and only if it is paired with the HexaID you have logged in. If you are going through multiple verification steps, stay on this page and generate as many OTPs as you like within 30 seconds. After the time limit, and this page will refresh automatically to start a new session.
