Description

This page is only applicable to newcomers who are given a job offer on or after September 1, 2023. Those who have an offer prior this date are automatically issued a HexaLink, along with the welcome/onboarding package.

If you have an expired HexaLink and wish to renew it, complete the extend validity form. To report a lost HexaLink and get a replacement, learn more about how to apply for a new one.

Welcome to the Hexaple family! To start a journey with us, you will need to first get a HexaLink card. HexaLink is the official identification of Hexaple, which you will use to enter office buildings, verify your status, and even get discounts at selected outlets. Learn more about where and how to use your card here.

Before you apply for a new HexaLink card, you should have received a welcome/onboarding package from your team or the Human Resources Department. If you do not have the package, please contact your supervisor/HR representative for more information before getting your card. Your first HexaLink is free of charge, all you need to do is to provide us your employee reference code, legal full name, contact details and your photo.
