Did you lose or someone steal your HexaLink card?
To get a replacement card, you will need to complete a two-step process.
- Report to Carding Office using HexaLink NEXT with your unique token
- Pay the replacement fee (HK$130 or equivalent)
You may be eligible for a reimbursement of the replacement fee in a case-by-case basis.
After we have confirmed your replacement request, you will receive a confirmation email that includes instructions about when and where you may pick up your new HexaLink card. Please note that your lost/stolen HexaLink will be deactivated once you report via HexaLink NEXT. The old HexaLink number will no longer be valid, and any associated building access will be removed and transferred to your new HexaLink.
